The rains are easing up a bit in Kulavalli, and we have finally managed to complete the roofing works for both sheds and the milking parlour. Another fantastic milestone to see!

We have finalised when our first cows will arrive! We will be welcoming the first animals of our herd on January 14th – the holy festival of Sankranti in India. They will be welcomed and made comfortable at our farm prior to welcoming our first calves two months later.  A very exciting step for us,

Construction is going on at our site at Kulavalli to get the farm ready for our herd.  Though the monsoon has hampered progress a bit, the main structures are now up, with a roof on the largest of our sheds. We are busy growing maize to feed our hungry cows when they do arrive!
